Challenges
Industrial applications need well insulated pipe systems, which transport hot or cold media with the least possible heat loss. ISOPLUS has such systems in its product range, including steel and plastic pipes, which are used as service pipes in industrial pipe systems.
Steel jacket pipes are particularly suitable for industrial applications. We manufacture them as pre-insulated pipes with a polyurethane insulation, allowing temperatures within the range from -180° to +140°C. The result: low heat losses during the entire technical lifetime of the system. Steel jacket pipes are available with mineral wool insulation for temperatures up to 400 °C.
Solutions
ISOPLUS industrial pipes are made up of a carrier pipe, the insulation and an outer casing. Each component can be selected according to the modular principle and customised for the respective application. The insulation reduces energy losses, protects against environmental conditions and minimises the risk of condensation and corrosion. Our pipes therefore ensure increased operating efficiency and durability of the industrial installations.
Of course, all network monitoring technologies such as IPS Cu or HDW can also be integrated into our industrial pipes. It is also possible to attach profile pipe on all steel pipes, which enable the subsequent, joint-free installation of a tape heating strip. Alternatively, a heating tape can also be fixed directly onto the carrier pipe at the factory.
Service and expertise
By choosing the right pipe system, you ensure optimum energy-saving operation on the one hand and security of supply for consumers on the other. The choice of pipe system depends on a range of factors. In addition to the right material, which ensures corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and chemical compatibility, pressure requirements, service life, the installation conditions, the environmental impact and, above all, the medium to be transported (gas, liquid or solids) also play an important role. These generally go hand-in-hand with the dimensioning and choice of pipe type.
Industrial solutions can be equipped with a leak detection system for optimum pipe insulation. In addition, ISOPLUS offers solutions with trace heating pipes or signal cables to ensure the most reliable piping system possible. The ISOPLUS product range includes all components required for the provision of completely pre-insulated pipe systems.A wide product range and competent technical support ensure that we can put together optimum and competitive solutions for large and small tasks.
We have many years of experience with materials and components for local and district heating systems and industrial applications and assist you with the selection of the ideal solution for your project.
