For more efficiency and sustainability
In times of climate change and rising energy prices, the efficiency of energy networks becomes increasingly important. Pre-insulated pipe systems play a decisive role in this, particularly in local and district heat supply. Find out why sustainability is so important to ISOPLUS.
En route to more sustainability
Our commitment to the environmental, social and governance (ESG) is reflected in our approach to achieve a positive effect on the world.
The route to more sustainable production and action is a continuous process and requires steadfast commitment. Even if the progress made is not always directly visible, initiatives and measures contribute to a larger and lasting effect. Our commitment can be seen in specific initiatives and the implementation of plans that leads to sustainable advances.
Success often depends on utilisation of cross-company synergies through close cooperation. Joint efforts can achieve unique results, particularly in the reduction of CO2 emissions and meeting ambitious targets.
Most of the emissions come from areas that lie outside our direct control, we nonetheless undertake to set targets that cover the entire value-added chain. In this way, we want to minimise the negative effects on the environment and climate while at the same time offering inspiration for our employees, colleagues in the industry and municipalities.
Initiatives include measures to improve working conditions. In addition, social commitments are supported, such as the integration of socially disadvantaged people in the job market.
Our ESG strategy is not merely a promise, but an ongoing obligation with which we implement our values in practice and make a significant contribution to a sustainable future.

Sustainability by ISOPLUS
The independent platform of the assessment of the sustainability performance of companies classifies this, on the basis of international standards, by using 21 environmental, social and sustainable procurement criteria.
100 percent of the electricity consumption in our plant in Austria are covered by a hydroelectric power station on the site. Heat is supplied by a biomass firing system in a nearby sawmill.
(Defective) pipes occurring during production are dismantled and the steel pipes are reused. Part of the surplus PE residues from the service department are sold for recycling.
Here, for example, we opt for complete loads to minimise environmental impact. A large part of our steel deliveries are transported by rail and the intention is to further expand this transport route.
Independent certificates such as EcoZert from Creditreform Wirtschaftsauskunftei Austria for sustainable action and sustainable corporate management.
The certification programme for the circular economy and the bioeconomy enables traceability along the entire delivery chain.
Concept for supporting the manufacture of PE from renewable raw materials, without quality loss and in compliance with EN 253. With isonext, we combine proven and guaranteed product quality with an affirmation of sustainability and actively promote the reduction of CO2 emissions. With our mass balance approach, we offer a concept that supports the production of PE from ecocycle-compatible raw materials and thus make clear our commitment to quality and environmental responsibility.
