ISOPLUS announces the divestment of its only remaining oil & gas coating activities in Italy to the international pipe manufacturer TENARIS, who is also an existing customer of ISOPLUS in Italy. The agreement, which comprises the oil & gas coating business in Villamarzana, was recently signed and is expected to be closed within the next two months.
“This exit from our last remaining minor oil & gas coating activities is in line with our group strategy to position ISOPLUS as a provider of sustainable green heat solutions with a pure-play focus on district heating” comments Roland Hirner, CEO of ISOPLUS.
