Product information
The IPS Analog series stands for the classic type of pipe leak detection with tried and tested technology, which requires manual data acquisition and wired transmission.
The IPS Autark series combines elements of the analog and digital systems and works independent of mains power and wired data connections, thanks to durable high-performance batteries. This makes it ideal for remote or difficult to access areas.
The IPS Digital system offers a fully automatic monitoring solution for medium to large pipeline networks. It enables central leak management and flexible adaptation through modular structure. The corresponding IPS Digital system software controls the whole network and offers functions such as acoustic and optical alerting, measured values and fault evaluation, automatic fault detection and central operation.
Our ISOPLUS service team will be pleased to help you find the optimum solution for your needs and requirements.
Key-features
- IPS Analog: transportable and stationary pipe leak detection and measured data evaluation
- IPS Autark: secure monitoring independent of mains current or wired data connections
- IPS Digital: complete solution for fully-automatic monitoring and permanent detection
- Software integration: SSW control software for central operation and fault evaluation
Product Specifications
Analog pipeline monitoring is the classic type of pipeline monitoring.
Version: IPS HST
- An easy to operate, transportable all-round measuring device for Cu systems. Ideal for inspection measurements, quality control during the installation and rotating manual monitoring of smaller pipe networks.
- Optical and acoustic signals if the values are below the threshold values.
Version: IPS-ST3000
- Stationary monitoring unit for pipeline networks up to medium size. Monitoring of moisture, sensor wire-pipe contact and sensor wire break.
- Can monitor up to 4 channels. Maximum sensor wire length of 2,500 m per channel and up to 10,000 m with a four-channel device.
These autonomous devices combine elements of the IPS Analog and IPS digital devices and enable reliable pipeline monitoring independent of mains current or wired data connections. They are equipped with high-performance batteries that last up to 5 years without needing to be changed *. This enables permanent monitoring, even in remote or inaccessible areas. The devices are available as 2 or 4-channel models and can be operated with a battery or 230V mains adapter.
*assuming daily measurement and weekly transfer
Version: IPS ST3000-AUTARK
- Independently operating leak detection module, which can be integrated into the ISOPLUS digital family. It operates without a wired power supply and is equipped with a GSM unit and a powerful lithium battery. Ideal for remote or difficult to access locations.
- Monitors up to four IPS-Cu wires per 2,000 m length and two depth sensors. Data transfer and evaluation using the ISOPLUS digital software.
The IPS Digital system is a compete solution for fully-automatic monitoring and permanent detection, suitable for the IPS-Cu copper wire system and similar systems. It offers central leak management for medium to large pipeline networks. The modular structure enables economic adaptation of the monitoring system. IPS-Digital allows free choice of specific pipe properties and offers unique reliability for the central acquisition and evaluation of different sensor wire systems. The software-based control enables simple adaptation to project-specific requirements. Other advantages include automatic detection of the measuring unit, user-friendly operation and high monitoring and acquisition reliability.
Version: IPS-Digital-Cu-MS 2 / 4 Digital-MDS
- Central measuring data recording station for controlling an IPS digital network for monitoring impedance changes on maximum 2,500 m sensor wire per channel. The measuring point is the basic hardware within an IPS Digital network and is positioned at an appropriate end point of a monitoring route, directly at the end of the pipe. Depending on the requirement, measurement points with 2 or 4-channel technology, MS-2 or MS-4 are used.
- Use of the pulse transit time measurement, determination of constant and alternating voltage and ohmic resistance. Interface between central control/PC and pipeline. Control of the measurement points (MS) via the SSW control software.
Version: IPS-Digital-KMS 2 / 4 compact measurement site
- Compact measurement site at the start of the monitoring route, at the location of the control computer. The KMS consists of a measurement point mounted at the end of the pipe and a standard PC with SSW software, which should be installed at a distance of max. 20m.
- Monitoring of impedance changes on maximum 2,500 m sensor wire per channel. Depending on the requirement, compact measurement points with 2 or 4-channel technology, KMS-2 or KMS-4, are used. Digitalised data transfer to the SSW control software.
Version: IPS-Digital-Cu-MBS mobile station
- Mobile unit for manual monitoring and detection of unstructured pipeline networks, as well as for use on construction sites.
- Battery operated, easy handling, control via notebook with SSW software. Particularly suitable for acceptance inspection and fault detection with direct printout, automatic monitoring and detection in freely defined pipeline sections and site monitoring without additional devices.
A single software package is sufficient to control the entire IPS Digital network. All IPS Digital hardware devices use this IPS Digital system software. The following basic logic functions are executed:
- acoustic and optical alerting
- setting the response values
- measured value and fault evaluation
- printout of all measured data and faults
- automatic software assisted detection of errors
- calibration of different Cu wire systems
- central, menu-guided operation and control of the whole system
- Archiving of measured data and faults incl. date and time (timestamp)
- Direct evaluation of the data and plain text display of the pipeline condition
Additionally for the use of AUTARK devices:
- details of battery status
- details of the GSM signal
- continuous monitoring of two manholes (independent of the evacuation cycle!)
Because quality is close to our heart, ISOPLUS provides its customers with continuous software updates, without additional costs. So that your system always remains up to date.
