3D product rendering, isoalupex twin pipe

Flexible pipe system

isoalupex - Single and twin pipe

Pre-insulated isoalupex is a bonded pipe system. The pipe consists of a multilayer pex-alu-pex carrier pipe and an LLDPE outer casing. A flexible layer of polyurethane foam bonds these to form a fixed sandwich structure.

Product information

The flexible insulation and LLDPE outer casing provide excellent flexibility, while the multi-layer pipe ensures dimensional stability during installation. This adaptability simplifies the installation of branch lines, making the process fast and efficient.
The carrier pipe is protected against oxygen and water diffusion. An integrated aluminum diffusion barrier between the outer casing and polyurethane foam ensures optimal insulation, minimizing heat loss throughout the system's service life, with lambda values of 0.0225 W/m°C.

Key-features

  • short delivery times
  • Delivery in coiled bundles up to 360 m single length
  • Fixed point constructions not necessary for wall penetrations
  • Low pipe crown depth of cover and shallow laying enable a narrow pipe trench
  • Minimum bending radii from 700 mm, therefore the most direct route can be taken to the building’s utility room
  • No pipe structural design required (self-compensating)
  • Highly reduced use of joint casings, practically no joint installation, immediate re-filling
  • Easier routing in built-up areas, faster total construction time, shorter traffic disruption
