ISOPLUS PG leak detection

ISOPLUS offers three different alarm boxes for IPS Cu with corresponding leak detection, so that you always get the solution that meets your project requirements. A leak detection prevents faults during the installation phase and enables efficient maintenance of the pipe network – around the clock. It reports faults before they lead to breaks, which enables planned repairs and reduces inconvenience and costs. Most faults occur during the first five years, while a pre-insulated system lasts for 30 to 50 years. Fault messages allow problems during the guarantee period.

The ISOPLUS PG leak detection system is innovative and user-friendly. It offers three alarm boxes for IPS Cu, which measure moisture in the polyurethane foam or breaks in the alarm wire by measuring insulation resistance and resistance in the alarm circuit.
ISOPLUS microPG and miniPG additionally measure the galvanic voltage for fault analysis. Both are prepared for 230V power supply with battery current, while the detectorPG needs only 230V. With ISOPLUS PGweb, measurements can be easily called up, evaluated and compared in order to monitor current and potential faults.

We want to make sure that you have the best possible start with your new leak detection system. Therefore, a team of leak detection experts in the ISOPLUS service department is there to lend you support during the entire process. We provide you with information and advice from the ideas phase to the installation and configuration through to continuous operation and help with the renovation of existing alarm boxes if necessary.

As soon as you purchase your ISOPLUS PG leak detection system, we make sure that the alarm box is configured in accordance with the requirements and specifications of your project. We send one of our trained alarm technicians to you, who installs the alarm box in your system. During the installation, our technicians make sure that the ISOPLUS PGweb user interface is configured to your wishes. You can then fully concentrate on operation, as the ISOPLUS PG leak detection system now monitors your district heating pipes and you are notified in the event of a malfunction, regardless of where you are.
Our alarm technicians are there for you if you need help to localise the precise position of a fault. As experts for measurements with an impulse reflectometer, you can ensure that malfunctions are corrected as quickly and effectively as possible – by our specialists if you wish.
