The people at ISOPLUS

Since 2019, Roland Hirner has been responsible for the sales and operation of the ISOPLUS Group. Since the beginning of 2022, he has headed the company as CEO, leading it with focus on sustainable growth and innovation. His main tasks include strategic planning, monitoring the operative business and making sure that ISOPLUS retains its competitive advantage on the market. Under his leadership, ISOPLUS has further strengthened its market position through strategic acquisitions and expansions.  

Over the past ten years, he has acquired comprehensive expertise and experience within the Group in the management of complex industrial processes and in the promotion of business growth, initially as international sales manager, later as CEO of the Austrian subgroup. His almost twenty years of experience in the industry, his ability to implement growth-orientated initiatives successfully, have made ISOPLUS a leading company in the district heating industry.   

Before joining ISOPLUS, Roland Hirner acquired many years of experience in the manufacturing industry while at the same time always being in touch with construction and energy management. His positions were always dominated by growth initiatives and change management tasks.   

Jürgen Baumgartner, Chief Financial Officer of the ISOPLUS Group since September 2023, contributes his extensive expertise in accounting, controlling, tax and treasury. In his role, he is responsible for the Group’s financial strategy and its specific implementation and makes a decisive contribution to the financial stability and growth of the Group.

Jürgen Baumgartner is known for his precise financial analysis and strategic planning, which he uses successfully to optimise our financial performance and to support our long-term business goals. His diverse experience and deep understanding of the financial processes in different industries make him an indispensable member of the ISOPLUS Group management team.

After studying to become an industrial engineer with specialisation in production & logistics, he began his career in the management accounting department of a family-run machine & plant building company, where he eventually managed the controlling (management accounting) & accounting departments. His career then led him to transaction consulting at one of the four big accounting firms in Munich. He then returned to industry and worked for ZEISS in its semiconductor division, where he was also responsible for finance and controlling. Before joining ISOPLUS, he spent five years in a private equity portfolio firm where he held commercial responsibility.
