Florian Roos, Steffen Kaiser, Tobias Langer and Carsten Hurth form the Management Team of the ISOPLUS Group. With Roos’ strategic vision and leadership, Kaiser’s comprehensive finance and IT expertise, Langer’s sales and market experience, and Hurth’s operational strength, they jointly guide the company through its next phase of development. Their combined skills and leadership expertise are key to sustainable growth, international collaboration and the continuous development of the ISOPLUS Group.

Florian Roos, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ISOPLUS Group 

Florian Roos has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the ISOPLUS Group since April 2026. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic and operational development of the company and, together with the international teams, is shaping the Group’s next phase of growth.

Florian brings more than 13 years of leadership experience in the renewable energy sector, including eight years as CEO as well as several years in managing director roles. His career has been shaped by international assignments across diverse markets and cultures, as well as by building and developing organizations in dynamic and demanding environments. Throughout his career, his focus has been on creating sustainable structures, successfully navigating complex challenges, and generating long-term value.

Florian sees ISOPLUS as an important enabler of the energy transition, particularly through the expansion and modernization of district heating infrastructure. In his role, his focus is on driving sustainable growth, further strengthening operational excellence, and developing the organization in a targeted way. His goal is to continue positioning ISOPLUS as a reliable partner and a strong player in European and international markets.

I see ISOPLUS as a key enabler of the energy transition, particularly through the expansion and modernization of district heating infrastructure. In my position, my focus will be on driving sustainable growth, strengthening operational excellence, and further developing the organization. Steffen Kaiser, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), ISOPLUS Group

Steffen Kaiser is Group Chief Financial Officer of the ISOPLUS Group and is responsible for the further development of the Group-wide Finance and IT organisation. In his role, his focus is on creating financial transparency, providing reliable foundations for decision-making and further strengthening the collaboration between Finance, the operating business and project management.

With many years of international experience in various industrial companies, Steffen Kaiser brings comprehensive expertise in finance, corporate management and growth-oriented transformation processes. His professional career has been shaped by leadership roles in technology-oriented and dynamic business environments in which growth, investments and operational implementation were closely interconnected.

His focus is on more closely integrating processes, responsibilities and data across the Group in order to support sustainable growth with operational impact. In doing so, he combines strategic thinking with a clear view of operational realities and places particular importance on trust, transparency and collaborative partnership.

In my role as Group CFO, I drive the further development of the Finance and IT organisation at ISOPLUS, create transparency and place decisions on reliable foundations so that sustainable growth can have an operational impact.

Steffen Kaiser

Tobias Langer, Chief Sales Officer (CSO), ISOPLUS Group 

As of January 2025, Tobias Langer has joined the ISOPLUS Group as Group Chief Sales Officer (CSO). In his role, he is responsible for the Group-wide sales and marketing strategy, focusing on expanding into new markets, strengthening customer relationships, and further positioning ISOPLUS as a leading provider of district energy systems across Europe and beyond.

With over 20 years of experience in sales, project management, and corporate leadership, Tobias Langer brings extensive expertise to the team. After earning a degree in civil engineering, he built his career in internationally renowned construction and infrastructure companies, developing a deep understanding of sales, purchasing, and production processes. Since 2012, he has been active in the district energy industry, managing key European markets and global service operations. 

His strategic vision and leadership will play a crucial role in shaping the future of ISOPLUS and driving sustainable growth.

I am dedicated to accelerating growth, building strong partnerships, and further strengthening ISOPLUS’s position as a leader in sustainable district energy solutions. With our established customer-centric approach, we will continue to drive innovation in energy-efficient heating networks.

Tobias Langer

Chief Sales Officer (CSO), ISOPLUS Group 

Carsten Hurth – Chief Operating Officer (COO), ISOPLUS Group

Carsten Hurth is Chief Operating Officer of the ISOPLUS Group and is responsible for the Group’s operational development. In his role, his focus is on high-performance processes, an efficient supply chain, strong delivery performance and cross-site and cross-functional collaboration within the Group.

With extensive international leadership experience in industrial companies and management consulting, Carsten Hurth brings sound expertise in operational excellence, transformation and sustainable organisational development. After starting his career at Daimler AG, he worked in management consulting and subsequently assumed international leadership responsibilities in listed corporations as well as in private equity-backed and family-owned company groups.

His focus is on further developing the strong operational foundation of ISOPLUS, positioning the organisation for international scalability and sustainably supporting profitable growth. In doing so, he combines clear strategic direction with consistent implementation and a collaborative, results-oriented leadership style.

ISOPLUS has a strong operational foundation. Together with the international teams, I want to build on this, further develop operational excellence, strengthen our supply chain and systematically promote cross-site collaboration.
