Dieter Berndt, Boris Illetschko, and Tobias Langer form the management team of the ISOPLUS Group. With Berndt’s strategic vision and leadership, Illetschko’s operational excellence, and Langer’s extensive sales and market expertise, they steer the company successfully through the challenges of the industry and promote sustainable growth and innovation. Their combined skills and leadership are decisive for the continuous development and success of the ISOPLUS Group.

Dieter Berndt, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ISOPLUS Group 

Dieter Berndt is Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO of the ISOPLUS Group. Since the integration into the Viessmann Generations Group, he has been responsible for the strategic development and international positioning of the company. He brings more than twenty years of international leadership and transformation experience in industrial companies and the private equity environment.

From 2019 onward, Dieter played a key role in building and leading the District Heating & Cooling business within the Viessmann Generations Group. Prior to that, he held senior roles in globally operating companies, focusing on portfolio development, change management, and the expansion of new business areas.

Dieter stands for an integrative, transparent, and collaborative leadership approach. His goal is to unlock the full potential of ISOPLUS, further strengthen its European market presence, and advance the Group as a key partner in the international energy transition.

Tobias Langer, Chief Sales Officer (CSO), ISOPLUS Group 

As of January 2025, Tobias Langer has joined the ISOPLUS Group as Group Chief Sales Officer (CSO). In his role, he is responsible for the Group-wide sales and marketing strategy, focusing on expanding into new markets, strengthening customer relationships, and further positioning ISOPLUS as a leading provider of district energy systems across Europe and beyond.

With over 20 years of experience in sales, project management, and corporate leadership, Tobias Langer brings extensive expertise to the team. After earning a degree in civil engineering, he built his career in internationally renowned construction and infrastructure companies, developing a deep understanding of sales, purchasing, and production processes. Since 2012, he has been active in the district energy industry, managing key European markets and global service operations. 

His strategic vision and leadership will play a crucial role in shaping the future of ISOPLUS and driving sustainable growth.

I am dedicated to accelerating growth, building strong partnerships, and further strengthening ISOPLUS’s position as a leader in sustainable district energy solutions. With our established customer-centric approach, we will continue to drive innovation in energy-efficient heating networks.

Tobias Langer

Chief Sales Officer (CSO), ISOPLUS Group 

Boris Illetschko – Chief Operating Officer (COO), ISOPLUS Group

Boris Illetschko is Chief Operating Officer of the ISOPLUS Group and oversees the company-wide supply chain, all nine production facilities, and Group Procurement. He also has responsibility for the Group IT function.

With approximately 25 years of international experience in industrial companies and management consulting, Boris brings extensive expertise in operational excellence, transformation, and the development of high-performance manufacturing structures. His background includes technical training in metalworking and toolmaking, business studies, and a postgraduate management program at the University of Toronto (MBA).

His focus lies on advancing an integrated, agile, and customer-focused production network, grounded in efficiency, innovation, and a strong culture of teamwork. Combining operational drive with strategic perspective, he works to continuously strengthen ISOPLUS’ competitiveness and operational performance.
