NECESSARY PRICE ADJUSTMENT FOR DISTRICT HEATING PIPE SYSTEMS

Dear business partners,

In recent months, economic conditions have undergone dynamic change once again. Our indus-try has been particularly impacted by substantial cost increases across the entire value chain.

Since October 2024, we have observed a consistent escalation in input material prices at our suppliers. The existing collective wage agreements in the production and assembly sector are also contributing to additional costs, making a price adjustment unavoidable. As a manufactur-ing company, we are particularly affected by these developments.

Additionally, energy prices, including CO2 costs, have increased further. Concurrently, we are observing a persistent increase in logistics costs, from the receipt of goods to the delivery of our products.

To maintain our standard delivery reliability, ensure prompt responses, and maintain solid stock availability, we are implementing a moderate price adjustment during the year.

As of June 1, 2025, there will be an average price increase of 7.4% on our full line of district heating pipe systems.
