The polyurethane insulation of our pipes allows continuous operating temperatures of up to +120 °C and peak loads of up to 140 °C (max. 300 h/year).
A wide variety of materials can be used as carrier pipes, such as steel (stainless steel, GJS, with coating, etc.) or plastic (PE, PP, PVC, GRP, etc.).
We manufacture the casing pipe as a PEHD pipe or as a spiral-seam pipe made of sheet steel with an aluminium-zinc coating, AlMg3 or stainless-steel sheet. A profile pipe can also be attached to all carrier pipes for the subsequent and connectionless installation of a heat tape. This tape is used for trace heating, frost protection or monitoring, for example. All of our customised industrial pipes are complemented by matching joint systems, such as isojoint3 or isojointX.

The B1 fire protection system isofire from ISOPLUS consists of a special PUR system with fire protection additives, the proven carrier pipe and the folded spiral-seam outer casing. This system has a type approval in accordance with DIN 4102-B1 and is suitable for use in areas at risk of fire.
