Our innovative isoConnect platform brings together all our digital tools in one place and is the centre for our entire digital package.
Thhe isoConnect tool is completely free of charge, while isoplus PG Web is subject to charge. The scope of access depends merely on your user status – however, regardless of your status, you can nonetheless benefit from the many advantages of the platform. You only need to create a username and password.

Online calculation tools for optimum project planning: In our digital isoConnect package you will find five advanced and specialised online calculation tools that help you to ensure precise design and planning of district energy projects.

Efficient data management and documentation: isoConnect enables our customers to store and process data on the planning, installation and maintenance of district energy systems, including documentation and quality control reports. isoCalc, isoWeld and isoplus PGWeb are the suitable applications for this. Everything you need for smooth installation and operation is grouped together on one user-friendly platform.
Digital isoConnect options
Calculates the quantity of foam needed to fill the casing joints.
Helps to select the correct pipe dimensions and insulation series. At the same time, the heat loss can be calculated in the design phase.
Calculates the static loads on a pipe section and provides a complete overview of the stress effects. Based on a defined maximum stress, the user can calculate the maximum pipe section or determine the expected stress and friction length by specifying the pipe section.
Determines the necessary position and quantity of expansion pads to enable movability of the pipe length and to avoid deformations in the insulation foam.
Provides an insight into the total costs for the construction of a district energy project over a pre-defined period, whereby the costs for heat loss in the system are very important for the total costs.
Installation of ISOPLUS electrical weldable casing joints is made faster and more user-friendly with our isoWeld app. Using smart devices such as smartphones or tablets, installers can now operate the welding computer directly via the app, which automatically collects the documentation for each weld. A quality control report can be created immediately after each welded casing joint with isoWeld. The entire documentation is automatically uploaded to isoConnect and is therefore available to everyone involved.
Our leak detection system, the isoplus PG alarm system, monitors your pipe network with a dashboard in our isoplus PGweb. If a fault occurs, you are informed immediately in isoplus PGweb. In this way you maintain a complete overview of your system and can plan maintenance and repairs optimally.
